Even though the area is flat, the bicycle is a somewhat poor means of transportation in Wallaceburg because the cycling infrastructure is rather limited. Wallaceburg is also not particularly convenient for those who travel by foot because running common errands is occasionally difficult.

In this neighbourhood, parents and their children will usually be able to reach daycares and schools by walking. Along with public schools, there are private primary and secondary schools.
