Highgate is a neighbourhood within Chatham-Kent, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Chatham-Kent metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is a great transportation option in Highgate. It is especially convenient to find a place to park, and it is a rather short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in this neighbourhood. This part of Chatham-Kent is not very conducive to those who like to travel as pedestrians because very few common errands can be run without a vehicle. Highgate is also not very conducive to biking as there are very few bike lanes. Thankfully, riding is made easier by the generally flat terrain.
