The neighbourhood of Cedar Springs is part of the municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Chatham-Kent metropolitan area.

Transportation

The best method to navigate this area is usually a car. Parking is quite easy. In contrast, this part of Chatham-Kent is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most properties. Despite the fact that it is an even ride to most locations, biking is challenging in this part of the municipality as the bicycling infrastructure is quite poor. Traveling on foot is also not very feasible for house buyers in this area because almost no common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of Chatham-Kent. With respect to food, in all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is required to purchase groceries.

Character

Cedar Springs offers a slower-paced atmosphere. Cedar Springs is reasonably quiet, as the streets are quite tranquil. Parks aren't well-situated, making them very hard to reach.
