Situated within the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Vales of Humber is a neighbourhood within Brampton, Ontario.

Transportation

Vales of Humber is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy. On the other hand, the public transit system in Vales of Humber is not very practical. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Getting around by bicycle is challenging in Vales of Humber because the terrain is not particularly flat, and the cycling network is rather poor. Travelling on foot is also not very feasible for property owners in this neighbourhood because most daily needs are inconvenient to carry out on foot.

Services

There are only a limited number of primary schools in Vales of Humber and thus they can be a long walk away. In addition, this area does not contain any high schools. With respect to eating, purchasing one's groceries usually demands the use of a car in Vales of Humber.

Character

Vales of Humber is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere. There are a few green spaces nearby for residents to visit, including Colonel Baldwin Pond and Carberry Park, making it very easy to reach them. This neighbourhood is reasonably quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.
