Transportation

Regardless of the mode of transportation, it is reasonably straightforward to travel in this part of Brampton. The public transit infrastructure in Trinity Commons is reasonably good due to a few nearby bus lines. This area will also appeal to people who appreciate residing in a compact community as it is fairly walkable; meeting daily needs is easy without needing a car. Trinity Commons is fairly amenable to bicycling.

Services

Families will value the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from the majority of houses for sale in Trinity Commons. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools. As far as eating is concerned, it is usually possible for home buyers in this area to buy groceries on foot. Furthermore, property owners won't have to go far to take advantage of the closest cafe, and there are also a limited number of opportunities for those who care about close by restaurants.

Character

Trinity Commons is a good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. Public green spaces, including Dixie Sandalwood Park and Bloore Pond, are especially well-distributed and there are a few of them close by for residents to visit, making them very easy to reach from many locations in the neighbourhood. This area is also reasonably good for those who need quiet surroundings, as there are low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case closer to Highway 410.

This area is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Roughly 85% of the dwellings in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners whereas the rest are rented. This neighbourhood experienced its biggest construction boom after the year 2000, so most of the available housing stock is from this era.
