Transportation

This area is car friendly. Coming across a parking spot is generally easy. However, Duffins Bay is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Getting around by bicycle is convenient in Duffins Bay as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Most homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not especially well-suited for walking since few daily errands can be run on foot.

Services

A grocery store is ordinarily reachable within a rather short walk from most homes for sale in Duffins Bay. There are also a few choices for those who care about close by restaurants.
