The neighbourhood of Clover Ridge is part of the town of Ajax, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Travelling by car is easy in this part of Ajax. It is convenient to park. In contrast, Clover Ridge is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. Cycling is convenient in Clover Ridge because cyclists do not face significant hills, and the cycling network is good. A majority of the houses for sale in this part of the town are located in areas that are not particularly well-suited for those who get around as pedestrians as carrying out daily needs is at times difficult without the use of a vehicle.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are especially convenient to reach by foot from most houses for sale in Clover Ridge. However, there are no high schools in this part of Ajax. As far as eating is concerned, it is usually feasible for home buyers in Clover Ridge to do groceries without a vehicle.
