Driving is an excellent transportation option in West Porters Lake. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot. West Porters Lake is not very conducive to people who like to get around by foot since almost no common errands can be run without a car. The bicycle is a rather limited means of transportation in this community because there are a good number of slopes for cyclists to brave, and there are very few bike lanes.
