Transportation

The favoured approach to get around in South Woodside is usually a car. It is very easy to park, and most real estate listings are a short drive from the nearest highway. On the other hand, this part of the municipality is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most houses. This part of the municipality is not very amenable to biking since bicycle riders are faced with a significant amount of elevation changes, and the cycling network is rather poor. It is also inconvenient for pedestrians to move around in South Woodside because meeting daily needs is sometimes challenging.
