The neighbourhood of Sherwood Heights is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by car is very easy in Sherwood Heights. It is a rather short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is easy to access a parking spot. On the other hand, public transit users may have few options in this part of Halifax by reason of the service's low frequency. Thankfully, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. This neighbourhood is not particularly conducive to people who travel by walking since running common errands is occasionally difficult without the need for a car. In contrast, the bike is a reasonably good method of transportation in Sherwood Heights.

Services
