Housing

Around one third of homes in Mushaboom were constructed prior to the 1960s, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s. The large percentage of single detached homes in the housing stock of this community is an important part of its character. Homeowners occupy around 85% of the dwellings in the community while the remainder are rented. This area also has a good variety of unit sizes; it is quite easy to find homes ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms.
