Part of the Greater Halifax metropolitan area, Lake Charlotte is a community within Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

The car is very often the preferred way to navigate Lake Charlotte. It is especially convenient to park. It is very challenging for people walking to move around in this part of Halifax as almost no day-to-day needs can be carried out without a car. Lake Charlotte is also not very suited for biking as the cycling infrastructure is quite bad, and there are a fair number of slopes for cyclists to brave.
