Most homes for sale in this part of the municipality are located in areas that are not very suitable for those who travel by foot as very few day-to-day needs can be carried out by walking. The bicycle is a sometimes poor mode of transportation in this neighbourhood because there is a considerable amount of hills, and the cycling network is rather limited.
