Transportation

The car is usually the best mode of transportation in Clam Bay. It is very easy to park. This area is not very convenient for walking as most day-to-day needs are very challenging to meet without having to use a vehicle. Cycling is also difficult in Clam Bay since there are a fair number of slopes for cyclists to brave, and the bicycling network is not very comprehensive.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Clam Bay. Concerning food, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is required to do groceries.

Character

Clam Bay is especially quiet overall, as the streets are very calm. Reaching parks is very hard from the majority of locations in the community since they aren't well-distributed. Still, there are a few green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy.
