Transportation

Sand Point is especially car friendly. It is very easy to park. Walking is not very convenient for home buyers in Sand Point because most day-to-day needs are practically impossible to meet without the use of a vehicle. It is also challenging to commute by bike in this area as there are a good number of slopes, and the bicycling network is not very well-developed.

Services

Sand Point does not contain any high schools or primary schools. As far as food is concerned, some, but not all, home buyers in this part of the subdivision of a county municipality will live within walking distance of the nearest grocery store.
