It is very challenging for pedestrians to navigate this area because almost no common errands can be run without having to use a car. It is also very difficult to commute by bike in Kemptown as this part of Colchester Subdivision B is home to a quite bad cycling infrastructure, and there are a fair number of slopes for cyclists to brave.
