East Mountain is a neighbourhood within Colchester Subdivision B, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Truro metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the best approach to move around in this area. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot, and most real estate listings are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 104. Traveling on foot is not very practical for residents in this neighbourhood since meeting daily needs is inconvenient without a car. It is also very hard to move around by bicycle in East Mountain as the topography is not especially flat, and this neighbourhood has quite bad cycling infrastructure.
