The neighbourhood of Sunnydale is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in Sunnydale. It is very convenient to access a parking spot, and many homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway. However, Sunnydale is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, residents have access to a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most homes. This part of Halifax is not very suited for bicycling as the bicycling network is fairly poor, and cyclists encounter quite a few hills. It is also occasionally challenging for pedestrians to get around in Sunnydale as meeting daily needs is sometimes difficult on foot.

Services

A supermarket is usually reachable within a short walk from most properties for sale in Sunnydale. There are also a few restaurants in this part of Halifax. In terms of education, parents and their schoolchildren will appreciate that no matter where their property is situated in Sunnydale, daycares and schools are close by.
