The community of Sambro is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent means of transportation in this area. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot. It is at times difficult to commute by bicycle in Sambro since there are very few bike lanes, and cyclists encounter a considerable amount of slopes. This area is also not very convenient for pedestrians as almost no daily errands can be run without a vehicle.

Services

A vehicle is almost always needed in this area to access the nearest supermarket. There are a few restaurants in Sambro. As far as education is concerned, in this part of Halifax, parents and their kids will generally be able to access primary schools as pedestrians. However, there are no high schools in this area.

Character
