The community of Moser River is part of the municipality of Halifax, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Halifax metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of Halifax is very car friendly. Finding a parking spot is quite easy. Moser River is not very suitable for those who like to travel as pedestrians as most daily needs are nearly impossible to meet without the use of a vehicle. This part of Halifax is also not very amenable to biking as there are a good number of hills to challenge cyclists, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite bad.
