Transportation

The preferred mode of transportation in Greystone is often driving. Coming across a parking spot is easy. In contrast, the public transit system in Greystone is not very convenient. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. It is difficult for pedestrians to navigate Greystone because very few common errands can be run on foot. In contrast, the bicycle is a good mode of transportation in this part of Halifax.

Families will welcome that wherever their property is situated in this neighbourhood, both primary and secondary schools are nearby. However, daycares are not abundant and thus not always within walking distance.
