Transportation

Driving is a great medium of transportation in Devon. It is very convenient to access a parking spot. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the municipality are located in places that are not very conducive to people who like to travel as pedestrians since running day-to-day errands is nearly impossible without the use of a car. The bicycle is a quite poor means of transportation in this area because there are very few bike lanes, and there are a good number of hills.

Services

It is very rarely possible for home buyers in this community to reach the nearest supermarket as pedestrians. Concerning education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Devon.

Character

The character of Devon is exemplified by its slower-paced ambience. Devon is very quiet overall, as the streets are very peaceful. Parks aren't well-distributed, making it very hard to access them from a lot of locations within the community.

Single detached homes are the main housing type, representing the vast majority of buildings in Devon, while the rest are mainly mobile homes.
