Conrod Settlement is an extraordinarily convenient part of Halifax for driving. It is very easy to access a parking spot. A majority of the houses for sale in this community are located in places that are not very suitable for those who travel by foot since running common errands is very inconvenient by walking. Even though bicycling is more feasible in certain sectors than others, Conrod Settlement is also not very bicycling-friendly as there are a good number of hills, and there are very few bike lanes.
