However, commuting by transit can be difficult in Coast Guard as a result of the low service level. Bicycling is convenient in Coast Guard. In contrast, travelling by foot is not very popular in this area, even though many daily needs can be carried out by walking.

It is straightforward to reach the closest supermarket on foot from most properties for sale in Coast Guard. Moreover, this part of Halifax is a fairly good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe.
