Transportation

Cars are a very good transportation option in Clarence Park. It is very easy to park. However, this neighbourhood is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, house owners have access to a few bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties. Clarence Park is not very well-suited for walking because running daily errands is impractical. Getting around by bicycle is also sometimes difficult in this neighbourhood as riding is made difficult by the often steep topography, and there are few bike lanes.

Services

This neighbourhood does not contain any high schools or primary schools. With regards to food, property owners in Clarence Park typically have to turn to a vehicle to purchase their groceries. That being said, house buyers won't have to look far to take advantage of the closest cafe.

Character

Clarence Park is an excellent area for those who don't mind a bit of noise, as can be a major source of noise. Public green spaces aren't well-spread out, resulting in them being rather challenging to access from many locations within the neighbourhood.
