Part of the Greater Truro metropolitan area, Otter Brook is a neighbourhood within Colchester Subdivision C, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Otter Brook is particularly car friendly. It is very easy to park. Otter Brook is not very conducive to bicycling since the cycling infrastructure is quite bad, and the topography is not particularly flat. Walking is also not very convenient for house buyers in this area because most daily needs are practically impossible to carry out without a car.

Services

It is very rarely an option for property owners in this area to reach the closest supermarket as pedestrians. With regards to education, this neighbourhood does not contain any high schools or primary schools.

Character

Otter Brook is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. Otter Brook is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
