The neighbourhood of Upper Kemptown is part of the subdivision of a county municipality of Colchester Subdivision B, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Greater Truro metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Upper Kemptown. It is especially convenient to park. Traveling on foot is not very practical for property owners in this part of Colchester Subdivision B as almost no common errands can be run without the need for a vehicle. Even though cycling is more feasible in some pockets than others, it is also very hard to move around by bicycle in this area as there are a fair number of slopes, and the bicycling network is quite poor.
