The neighbourhood of North River is part of the subdivision of a county municipality of Colchester Subdivision B, Nova Scotia, which is situated in the Greater Truro metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a great mode of transportation in North River. It is very easy to park. North River is not very amenable to bicycling because the cycling infrastructure is quite poor, and the topography is not particularly flat. Most houses for sale in this part of Colchester Subdivision B are located in areas that are also not very suitable for people who get around by walking as many daily needs are very impractical to meet without a car.

Services
