Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in Lingan. It is especially convenient to come across a parking spot. Walking is not very feasible for house buyers in this area since very few daily errands can be run without the use of a car. It is also very hard to commute by bike in Lingan as the topography is not especially flat, and the cycling network is not very comprehensive.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this community. Moreover, parents may consider it very hard for their schoolchildren to reach daycares as a pedestrian. With regards to food, purchasing one's groceries usually necessitates the use of a car in Lingan.
