The community of Homeville can be found in the municipality of Cape Breton Municipality, Nova Scotia, which is located in the Cape Breton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Homeville is particularly car friendly. It is very easy to park. Homeville is not very conducive to biking because the bicycling network is quite poor, and the area is not especially flat. Walking is also not very practical for property owners in this part of Cape Breton Municipality since running daily errands is nearly impossible without a car.

Services

In all but a very small number of cases, a vehicle is needed to buy groceries. In terms of education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in this area.

Character

Home buyers who prefer a slower-paced ambience will enjoy Homeville. This part of the municipality is very quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic.
