Transportation

South Side Hills is an extraordinarily good part of St. John's for getting around by car. It is very easy to park, and it is a rather short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in this part of St. John's. In contrast, travelling by public transit is very difficult in South Side Hills. This part of St. John's is not very suited for biking as there are a good number of elevation changes, and the bicycling network is not very comprehensive. South Side Hills is also not very convenient for walking as carrying out daily needs is inconvenient on foot.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in South Side Hills. Moreover, parents and their children may find it difficult to access daycares on foot. In terms of food, doing one's groceries very often demands the use of a car in South Side Hills.
