Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in Clovelly Trail. It is especially convenient to access a parking spot, and nearby highways, such as I1:2:21 Highway, are very easy to reach from any home in Clovelly Trail. On the other hand, the public transit service in this part of the city is not very frequent. Nevertheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Many of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for walking because running common errands is occasionally challenging. This neighbourhood is also not particularly conducive to biking because the terrain is not especially flat, and the bicycling network is not very extensive.

Services

Parents and their kids will appreciate the proximity to daycares, which are within walking distance from vast majority houses for sale in this part of St. John's. On the other hand, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this area. As far as eating is concerned, the nearest supermarket in this part of St. John's is typically only a rather short walk away. In this area, the overwhelming majority of buildings are single detached homes, and the rest are mainly townhouses.
