Part of the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, University is a neighbourhood within Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is an extremely convenient part of Mount Pearl for getting around by car. Most real estate listings are a reasonably short car ride from the nearest highway, and parking is quite easy. However, University is not an especially pleasant part of Mount Pearl for getting around by public transit. Nevertheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. It is occasionally challenging for people travelling on foot to move around in University since few daily needs can be met by walking.
