Little Canada

The neighbourhood of Little Canada is part of the city of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, which is situated in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by bicycle is easy in this part of the city. Little Canada is also reasonably conducive to those who travel by foot; many daily needs can be met by walking. Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in this area. It is very easy to park, and many properties for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway. However, the public transit network in Little Canada is rather poor. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties.

Services

Families will appreciate the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, homes for sale in Little Canada. With respect to eating, it is very often feasible for property owners in this part of the city to buy their groceries on foot. In addition, house buyers won't have to look far to take advantage of the closest cafe, and a limited number of restaurants can be found in Little Canada as well.
