The neighbourhood of Cowan Heights can be found in the city of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, which is situated in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood is especially car friendly. It is a short car ride to the closest highway from any location in this area, and it is convenient to access a parking spot. In contrast, Cowan Heights is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are about 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is generally very close. The bike is a good means of transportation in this neighbourhood. Cowan Heights is not particularly conducive to walking because few daily errands can be run on foot.

Services

It is easy to access the nearest supermarket by walking from most properties for sale in Cowan Heights. Residents are served by around 20 restaurants and coffee shops as well. As far as education is concerned, families will appreciate that no matter where their property is located in this part of the city, primary schools are nearby. However, parents and their kids may consider it challenging to get to high schools as a pedestrian.
