The neighbourhood of Bally Haly can be found in the city of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, which is situated in the Greater St. John's metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is very often the favoured method to navigate this part of the city. Coming across a place to park is generally easy, and most properties for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway. In contrast, the transit infrastructure in Bally Haly is not very convenient. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily around the corner. Bally Haly is not particularly well-suited for people who get around on foot as few daily errands can be run without a car. Travelling by bicycle is also occasionally challenging in this part of St. John's as riding a bike is rendered difficult by the typically steep terrain, and the bicycling network is rather limited.

Services

It is a reasonably short stroll to access both primary and secondary schools from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, daycares are not especially abundant and accordingly not always within walking distance.
