South Bay

South Bay is a neighbourhood within Saint John, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Saint John metropolitan area.

Transportation

South Bay is very car friendly. It is especially convenient to park. However, South Bay is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. Travelling by bicycle is challenging in this part of Saint John because the cycling network is not very extensive, and there is a considerable amount of hills. South Bay is also not very conducive to walking as almost no daily needs can be carried out without the use of a car.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of the city. Likewise, families may find it very difficult to reach daycares as a pedestrian. In terms of food, buying one's groceries usually necessitates the use of a vehicle in South Bay. There are a few choices for those who care about restaurants within walking distance.

Character
