Situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area, The Hill is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Transportation

Physically active home buyers will value the reasonably pedestrian-friendly nature of The Hill; meeting daily needs is convenient. This neighbourhood is also amenable to cycling. The favoured approach to get around in this part of the city is usually a car. The majority of real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, and it is straightforward to park. In contrast, the public transit system in this part of the city is rather poor. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and most residences are very close to a bus stop.

Parents and their kids will appreciate that no matter where their property is situated in The Hill, daycares and schools are close by. Concerning food, a grocery store is typically reachable within a reasonably short walk from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood.
