Southwood Park is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Moving around by car is especially convenient in Southwood Park. Coming across a place to park is easy, and many houses for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway.
