The neighbourhood of Silverwood can be found in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is usually the best approach to navigate Silverwood. It is very convenient to access a parking spot. In contrast, this area is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very suitable for people who like to get around by walking because carrying out day-to-day needs is very inconvenient without a vehicle. Silverwood is also not especially conducive to biking as cyclists encounter a significant amount of hills, and the bicycling network is not very well-developed.
