The neighbourhood of Springhill can be found in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is located in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Springhill. It is very easy to park. In contrast, commuting by transit can be very difficult in Springhill due to the infrequent service. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Springhill is not especially bike-friendly because riding is rendered arduous by the often sloping area, and the cycling infrastructure is rather poor. Nonetheless, families often choose to travel by bicycle. Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are also not very conducive to walking as almost no daily needs can be carried out by walking.
