The neighbourhood of Platt is part of the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are well-suited for people who like to travel by walking; running daily errands is convenient without a car, and plenty of businesses are moderately close by. A fair number of people in the area use their bike as the cycling infrastructure is rather comprehensive, and there are a limited number of slopes.
