The neighbourhood of Brookside Estates can be found in the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is very often the favoured way to get around in this neighbourhood. It is especially convenient to park. However, Brookside Estates is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Brookside Estates is rather cycling-friendly. Many of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very suitable for people who like to get around on foot because meeting daily needs is inconvenient without the use of a vehicle.

Services

In this part of the city, families will almost always be able to access daycares by foot. In contrast, there are no primary schools and no high schools in Brookside Estates.
