This part of the city is very car friendly. The majority of houses for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, and coming across a place to park is easy. In contrast, the public transit network in this neighbourhood is fairly poor. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is typically just around the corner. Riverbend is not especially conducive to those who travel by foot as running common errands is sometimes difficult by walking.

Services

In Riverbend, parents and their kids will generally be able to access primary schools and daycares on foot. However, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood.
