Transportation

Regent is a fairly convenient part of Winnipeg for pedestrians; many daily errands can be run without a car. However, it is at times challenging to commute by bike in Regent because this area is home to somewhat poor bicycling infrastructure. Nevertheless, the topography is flat. Driving is usually the favoured method to navigate Regent. Most of the street network is conducive to cars, and most real estate listings are a very short car ride from the nearest highway. However, the public transit service in Regent is not especially frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop.
