VOW – Virtual office websites allow visitors to register with a brokerage’s website using a password and to search the website for MLS® System listings. VOW feeds often include private remarks and sold prices which are governed by different rules than IDX and REALTOR. Ca DDF® data feeds.

IDX – An internet data exchange allows brokerages, through reciprocal agreements, to display each other’s listings on their websites for advertising purposes.

DDF® – Similar to IDX, REALTOR.ca DDF® is for advertising purposes, however only REALTOR.ca DDF® can provide the quantity of listings, the accuracy of data and the level of security your business requires.
