After looking at 88 houses and living in a barn for a year, she found her home on the 45th parallel, in Lion’s Head, Ontario. Kristen is the President of Hopscotch the Globe Inc., an award winning website, YouTube channel and travel/lifestyle brand that inspires and teaches people how to travel, no matter their lifestyle or budget. Together with her husband Siya (and other half of Hopscotch the Globe) and dog Atlas, the three travel the world, documenting their experiences to share with their audience. He worked for 35 years at the Calgary Herald covering sports, crime, politics, health, city and breaking news, and business.
