Transportation

The car is very often the preferred way to move around in Horseshoe Bay. The majority of properties for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and parking is easy. However, public transit users may experience limited options in Horseshoe Bay due to the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most houses. It is sometimes difficult for pedestrians to move around in this area because very few daily needs can be met on foot. Horseshoe Bay is also not very bicycling-friendly since the cycling network is rather limited, and travelling by bike is made strenuous by the typically steep topography.

Services

Parents and their children will welcome that wherever their property is situated in this part of West Vancouver, primary schools are nearby. However, there are no high schools in Horseshoe Bay. With respect to eating, property owners in Horseshoe Bay will appreciate that a grocery store is always only a short walk away.
