The neighbourhood of Glenrosa is part of the municipality of West Kelowna, British Columbia, which is located in the Greater Kelowna metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred method of transportation in Glenrosa is very often a car. Parking is easy, and many properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 97. In contrast, getting around by public transit is difficult in Glenrosa. Nevertheless, residents are served by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most houses. Bicycling is difficult in this area as this part of West Kelowna has a fairly poor bicycling infrastructure, and there is a significant amount of hills. It is also challenging for people walking to get around in this neighbourhood since meeting daily needs is difficult on foot.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are especially convenient to reach on foot from most homes for sale in Glenrosa. On the other hand, high schools are not particularly numerous and consequently may require a rather long walk to get to.
