Part of the Greater Victoria metropolitan area, North Jubilee is a neighbourhood within Victoria, British Columbia.

Transportation

North Jubilee is a fairly good part of Victoria for car-free transportation options. This area is transit friendly as a consequence of around 10 nearby bus lines. It is also convenient for people travelling on foot to get around in this part of Victoria; many daily errands can be run without needing to use a vehicle, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Bicycling is especially adopted in this part of the city since there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a reasonably short walk away in this part of the city. Residents benefit from about 10 restaurants and coffee shops as well. As far as education is concerned, it is a short walk to get to schools and daycares from anywhere in this area.

Character

People who prefer a slower-paced atmosphere will enjoy North Jubilee. There are a few parks close by for residents to relax in and they are especially well-situated, which makes it very easy to get to them. This neighbourhood is also quiet, as the streets tend to be reasonably tranquil - however noise can be problematic around the airport (Victoria (Royal Jubilee Hospital) Heliport).
